Chris helped us move to our dream duplex down condo in the Sheridan Park neighborhood of Uptown. This was during the middle of the pandemic and winter. He not only helped us sell our previous condo quickly and efficiently, but helped us secure an excellent price for our new place. He is very knowledgeable about our area. He is also friendly and fun to work with. I would highly recommend working with Chris to buy and sell homes!

We had an extremely complicated situation with the seller being very motivated to sell, but the renters were not very motivated to move and made every step that required their support difficult, like scheduling the opportunity to view the house, inspection of the house and radon testing. Chris somehow managed to help us get this done and was extremely helpful. If you have a complicated purchase with too many competing interests, you definitely want him on your side.
